1. Equipment Introduction
The solder dross recycling machine is mainly used to reduce and directly recycle the oxides - solder dross generated during the soldering process of wave soldering machines by means of heating, so as to reduce production costs, protect the environment and help improve product quality.
This machine adopts a special stirring structure. The crushed solder dross is automatically input into the stirring area through the feeding hopper for stirring and separation, directly separating the solder from the solder oxide.
2. HR-10 Features:
1.The tin dross reduction achieves excellent results with a high reduction rate (specifically subject to tin content).
2.No chemical substances need to be added, as high-quality solder can be separated directly from the product itself.
3.Featuring button control, it is equipped with a digital temperature controller for precise temperature regulation.
4.The entire cabinet is made of stainless steel, facilitating easy cleaning.
5.The stirring zone is constructed from special 316 stainless steel.
6.An external heating tube is adopted for heating, enabling complete melting of tin dross.
7.It is furnished with an electronic liquid level alarm and a manual tin discharge mechanism.
8.Tin and tin ash are automatically separated, entering their respective collection devices.
9.Boasting a compact size and lightweight design, it allows for convenient mobility.
10.An independent smoke filtration system is available as an option.
